What Does It Take To Be #WhatsNext? [Part 2]
As mentioned in part 1 of my blog series, to be successful at LPP means to exhibit attributes related to our Guiding Principles. In part 1, I provided examples of how our Associate Account Representatives have led their clients to great results by being proactive and by taking the initiative. Today, I want to share a couple of examples of how our Account Representatives have demonstrated collaboration and how in turn this has led to great client results –
- "Our team recently joined forces to create a comprehensive four-month PR plan of activities leading up to a client’s product launch. The plan included initiatives across media relations, social media, digital content, customer testimonials and thought leadership, which required collaboration from the team to align these assets in the most strategic way. Our team tackled this deliverable by focusing in on our individual areas of expertise within each initiative to build out a full tactical program encompassing each of these assets. Together, we were able to hone in on our specialties to implement a robust campaign designed to deliver results and meet our goals across the board."
- "In preparation for our client’s recent announcement to start construction on the nation’s first commercial-scale carbon capture and mineralization plant, our collaborative outreach efforts yielded great broadcast and local business press attendance. Three of us attended the actual event while two of us remained at the office to take incoming requests and coordinate sending B-roll to our target news stations; we have already generated some great coverage for our client. It was a great turnout for our client’s most momentous event in their history!"
And speaking of collaboration, I should mention the scavenger hunt that the Boston LPPers participated in last week. It was a great time had by all and truly a team-building event!! Check out our Facebook page for pics. Also at the end of October, the Austin LPPers are planning to visit the Capital Food Bank of Texas where they will help sort donations and serve food to clients. Way to go guys!
As a reminder, LPP is hiring! If you’re interested in being part of a team who are proud of and committed to the foundation of our Guiding Principles, please visit our Careers Page for a list of open positions.
