Last night marked the 65th year of The Publicity Club of New England‘s Bell Ringer Awards ceremony and we are ecstatic to share with everyone that LPP came out as winners in four categories for exemplary work in Public Relations. The PubClub (@PubClubofNE) is the region’s oldest not-for-profit public relations trade organization and the Bell Ringer Awards have been a symbol of outstanding achievement for New England public relations and communications professionals. These awards recognize excellence in communications and public relations work in every field and industry, across all forms of media and honor the communications and PR professionals who leverage unique and creative strategic, tactics, and tools to achieve meaningful results for their clients, companies, organizations, and institutions.
The night began with a very nice cocktail hour followed by a formal award ceremony and speaking program hosted by WBZ-TV News Anchor David Wade (@davidwade). As the event kicked off, LPP knew it had won awards at some level, but did not know if the awards were gold, silver, bronze or merit. We were soon excited to learn the results! Here they are:
